You may not share your Username and Password with anyone else,
anyone found doing so will be removed.
IP address are being logged and checked.
You will be held to my TOU wether you read them or not.
I reserve the right to deny membership to any person at any time for any reason that I see fit.
I reserve the right to add, change, and modify these terms of use at any time.
I reserve the right to suspend, cancel, and/or lock out any member for term violations with no refund.
I reserve the right to ask for a valid username and password to your member's area should we be suspicious of term violations. This is not to "call you out" as it would be more to clear the situation and your name.
I reserve the right to question term violations made by any members from other websites. If you cannot follow the terms of another site, how will you be able to follow Mine? Furthermore, I reserve the right to suspend your membership here for term violations of another website.
All term violations will be filtered through me and handled in any manner that I see fit, according to these terms.
You may not offer my tubes,
outlines or graphics in there origanal form for download on your site or anywhere else.
You can make Websets,
premades,sigtags or Letters etc with my Lineart ,tubes & graphics.
Yes you are allowed to Profit from something you make from my outlines,
tubes and graphics eg. webset,Sigtag etc.
Anything you are not allowed to profit from will be clearly marked.
You are allowed to change a few pixels in my Lineart but
just because you do does not make it original to you.
All images are 100% original to FairyPixeler Lineart only,
unless otherwise stated.
Please Credit FairyPixeler for any Lineart,tube or graphic that you use
You may tube my outlines and offer them on your site,
in a password protected members area
and for Sale,Tube licenses are free with all memberships.
But it must be stated that the Lineart is from FairyPixeler
on the same page the tubes are offered.
The outlines themselves are not to be offered as is any
where on your Site or anywhere else.
They must be coloured by you first. I reserve the right to change
these terms at any time but will let you know before i do.
A link to my site is required on your site(if you have one)
if you use any of my tubes, Lineart or graphics.
Not on everything you make just some where on your site
and Credit given to FairyPixeler.
If you dont have a site just put credit on what you make .
If and when I offer Lifetime Membership, it is for the Lifetime of the site not Your's or My Lifetime.
